WorldCam.live Broadcaster Terms and Conditions

§1 Definitions
Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set out below.
- Service Provider – the company providing the Service under the Agreement, i.e. GemsNet Mariusz Guć with its registered office at: ul. Józefa Dwernickiego 8c/30, 85-675 Bydgoszcz, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5581728012, REGON: 093201358. Contact e-mail: info@worldcam.eu.
- Account – an individual account in the WorldCam.live Service at worldcam.live, operated by the User, secured with a password chosen by the User.
- Person – a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions specifying the rights and obligations of the Users and the Service Provider related to the Service.
- Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the User concerning the use of the Service.
- Service – a camera hosting service provided to the User by the Service Provider under the Agreement, in the form of an Account with functionality consistent with the selected Package.
- User – a Person who has completed the registration form and concluded the Agreement.
- Package – a Service package offered by the Service Provider. Packages may differ in functionality and may include different limitations.
- Price List – the price list of Service Packages available at https://worldcam.live/en/info/packages.
§2 General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation of the Service and the rights and obligations of the User and the Service Provider.
- The Terms and Conditions are publicly available at worldcam.live. A Person should read them before using the Service.
- The version of the Terms and Conditions binding on the User is the version in force at the time of concluding or renewing the Agreement.
§3 Technical Requirements
To use the Service, the following are required:
- A computer with Internet access.
- A stable Internet connection.
- An active e-mail account.
- A camera providing a video stream via the RTSP protocol or a static image in JPG format.
- A web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax and SSL. The Service is tested and optimized for Chrome (version 60 or later) and Firefox (version 55 or later). For other browsers, the Service Provider does not guarantee proper operation.
§4 Conclusion of the Agreement

The Agreement is concluded once all of the following conditions are met:
- Registration of an Account at worldcam.live
- Assigning at least one camera to the Account
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by selecting the relevant checkbox in the registration form
- The User undertakes to provide true and accurate information in the registration form.
- By registering, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The User also confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the capabilities and limitations of the Service and the offered Packages.
- The Service functionality will not change throughout the billing period.
- Prices of individual Packages are specified in the Price List.
§5 Conditions of Use
- Use of the Service by the User is voluntary.
- The Service is provided under these Terms and Conditions.
- The User receives access to the Service resources according to the selected Package.
- The Service may be paid or free of charge depending on the selected Package.
- The User is obliged to keep their Account details up to date, in particular billing details.
- The User must ensure that their access password provides a high level of security and is not disclosed to unauthorized persons. The password should include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. The User is responsible for damages caused by insufficient protection of their Account.
- The User bears full responsibility for their actions taken in the Account and for actions taken by persons who obtained access to the Account from the User.
- The User shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any unauthorized access to the Account and shall change the password immediately upon detecting unauthorized access.
- The Service Provider is liable only for damage caused to the User intentionally.
- In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for the User’s lost profits.
- The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service operates properly and without interruptions and that any failures are removed as quickly as possible.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to carry out technical maintenance breaks for updates to the Service and related infrastructure. The User will be informed in advance of planned breaks by posting a relevant notice in the User’s Account. This does not apply to unplanned technical breaks requiring immediate action.
- The Service Provider notes that disruptions and interruptions in the operation of the Service may occur. The Service is closely linked with external services (including, among others, YouTube). Issues on the side of such third parties may cause the Service to operate incorrectly.
- The User is entitled to technical support. Requests must be submitted via the contact form available in the User’s Account.
- Technical support is provided Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, excluding public holidays.
- Technical support is provided only with respect to the proper functioning of the Service. Requests outside this scope may, but do not have to, be processed. In such cases, additional paid assistance may be available, with fees determined individually.
- These Terms and Conditions do not limit the rights of a User who is a consumer, as provided by applicable law.
- A consumer expressly agrees to the commencement of the Service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
§6 Fees
- For the provision of the Service, the User shall pay the Service Provider the remuneration specified in the Price List if using a paid Package.
- The Service is prepaid for a specified period.
- After the end of the paid period, the Service will be suspended.
- The User’s Account will be deleted 90 days after suspension. Deleted Accounts and associated data cannot be restored.
- The User may pay for the Service for the next period up to 60 days in advance.
- The fee applicable is the fee valid on the date the User makes the payment. The fee is shown in the payment form and depends on the selected Package.
- A User who is not a consumer agrees to the sending and making available of invoices electronically.
§7 Termination of the Agreement
- The Agreement terminates automatically 90 days after the end of the paid period of using the Service.
- The User may delete their Account at any time, which is equivalent to terminating the Agreement.
- The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ notice if the Service Provider decides to discontinue the Service, cease business operations, or for another important reason. In such case, the User will receive a refund of prepaid funds for the unused period.
- The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the User violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
- A consumer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs. Download the model withdrawal form.
§8 Complaints
- Any objections regarding the operation of the Service may be submitted by the User by filing a complaint to the Service Provider at info@worldcam.eu.
- The complaint submission must include: the camera account name, the complainant’s full name, and a detailed description of the complaint.
- The complaint must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the event that is the subject of the complaint.
- Complaints will be processed within 14 days from receipt. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended up to 30 days.
- The Service Provider may request additional information necessary to process the complaint.
§9 Force Majeure
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under the Agreement caused by circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s reasonable control (force majeure), including in particular: power outages, Internet or telecommunications failures, acts of public authorities, wars, riots, strikes, natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics/pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers on which the Service depends.
- In the event of force majeure, the Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to restore the Service and may temporarily suspend or limit the Service for the duration of the force majeure event.
§10 Final Provisions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The User will be notified about changes in the main panel of the User’s Account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If the User expressly does not accept the changes, the User has the right to terminate the Agreement no later than the day preceding the effective date of the new provisions.
- The law governing the Agreement shall be Polish law.
- Any disputes arising from the Agreement shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
- Language precedence: In the event of any discrepancies between language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Polish version shall prevail.
